Atlanta Man Pleads Guilty to Five Years of Fraud

The Department of Justice, the FBI, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Louisiana State Attorney General’s Office were all involved in the uncovering of a fraud case that billed Medicare for $1.15 million.  Atlanta resident  Fred D.
