Tribe Receives BadgerCare Plus Grant

A more than $90,000 grant will enroll children of of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Tribe of Chippewa Indians into BadgerCare Plus. The funds will be used to get health insurance for children not already on the program. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services awarded the grant, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports.
